Terms of Service
Last updated September 5, 2026
The legal name of the operator is “AtomsFlow”, an individual / sole trader operating under the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In these Terms, “we” also means AtomsFlow. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use the desktop app and the website, including accounts, downloads, and payments (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. The liability section affects your rights.
1. The Service
AtomsFlow is a local-first personal workbench for managing local folders (cabinets), embedded webpages, and calendars in one window. The desktop app currently targets macOS. If you follow these Terms, you may install and use the desktop app and use the website for personal use.
Cabinet files, folder notes, marks, calendar events, webpage entries, and backups you export stay on your device. The website does not receive or store that content. You must have the right to use any folder you bind, and you are responsible for what you write.
You may not:
- Crack or alter the software, or bypass paid checks.
- Resell the Service, or buy or spread so-called activation keys.
- Use the Service in a way that breaks the law or infringes others’ rights.
- Interfere with or disrupt the website.
Features marked coming soon, preview, or unfinished may change or be dropped. That is not a promise they will ship or stay available.
2. Who may use it
The Service is for adults. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Accounts
Purchases and checking paid status on the desktop require sign-in. Sign-in uses Google, GitHub, or email (a new email sets a password with a code). Keep the information you provide accurate, and keep the account and password secure. Activity under the account is treated as yours. You may still use basic desktop features within the free limits without signing in.
4. Payment
The free plan limits how many cabinets, webpages, and calendars you can add. Yearly and lifetime plans add more entries. The amount and currency on the checkout page control. Except where the law requires otherwise, paid fees are not refunded.
We may change prices, plan contents, and free limits. A paid period that has already started is not shortened by a price change.
Payment is collected by a third-party processor shown on the checkout page. Card numbers and wallet credentials are collected by that processor under its rules. We keep orders, the payment channel, session or order ids, and entitlement state, and we may keep payment callbacks for posting and reconciliation.
The yearly plan may renew each year. Whether and how you can cancel follows the checkout page or the billing tools of that processor. Some channels can be managed from the account page.
Lifetime is a one-time payment and does not renew yearly. After payment, the account is treated as Pro on the desktop while we keep offering the Service. Lifetime does not freeze a particular version, and it does not mean we will operate the Service forever.
5. Rights
Intellectual property in the desktop app, the website, and their marks belongs to us or the relevant rights holders. Rights not expressly granted are not granted.
You keep your rights in local content and in account information you submit on the website.
6. Third parties
Embedded webpages open sites you choose. System calendar sync, third-party sign-in, and payment are provided by those parties and follow their rules. A private sign-in only isolates a session. It is not a security guarantee. We are not responsible for a third party’s availability, content, or data practices.
7. Email
We may send necessary notices, such as sign-in codes, to the email you use to sign in. We do not send marketing email at present.
8. Changes and stopping
We may change these Terms. The version posted on this page is the current one. Continued use means you accept the change. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
We may change or stop part or all of the Service. Keep your own copies of local content. You may stop using the Service and uninstall the app at any time. We may limit or stop your access for unlawful use, abuse, or security reasons.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that previews, calendar sync, or embedded webpages will succeed. Mandatory law still applies.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss. Direct liability tied to a paid feature is limited to the amount you paid for that feature.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be heard by a competent people’s court.
